Privacy Policy (disclosure duty)

Privacy policy is a priority at CityMeerings – part of SuperEvent ApS. We have therefore prepared a policy for how City Meetings & SuperEvent ApS (hereinafter “we” or “us”) treat your personal information.

Purpose: Purchase and booking services as experiences, events and activities.

We collect and process your personal information in order to process your order (booking of services / experiences / activities / events), including:

  • Sending satisfaction survey regarding your visit to us
  • Information about your booked event (service announcements)
  • Statistics

Categories of personal information that we treat and treatment basis
We process the following personal information collected from you:

Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”
Data Protection Act, hereinafter referred to as the “law”.

Categories Information Processing basis
General personal information: Basic information such as name, email, and phone number.
Event / activity, time & date.
We process common personal information when it is necessary to fulfill an agreement (your purchase) or prior to the conclusion of the agreement (your booking), cf. the regulation. 6, paragraph. 1, point. b.
We may process common personal information to provide a legitimate interest in contacting you if any need arises. Your booking, eg. changes in time / place and the like cf. the Regulation. 6, paragraph. 1, point. f.We also process your personal information to send satisfaction surveys to you in order to optimize our services to you as a customer, cf. the nature of the regulation. 6, paragraph. 1, point. f.

We may also process personal information if necessary to comply with a legal obligation that we are subject to, as per the nature of the regulation. 6, paragraph. 1, point. c.

It is mandatory that you provide the above information if you want to shop with us and book a event or arrangement. If we do not receive the information, we can not process your order.
We do not process sensitive personal information in connection with your purchase and booking of services at SuperEvent.

Who has access to your information?
Your information may be shared, including disclosed and abandoned within SuperEvent ApS. In addition, we may disclose or transfer your personal information to the following recipients:

  • Public authorities to comply with our legal obligations, or rights under other legislation, or if required by an authority.
  • Auditor, and possibly lawyer and other advisers
  • Accountant
  • IT suppliers in connection with the operation, maintenance and support of our IT systems.

Your information is stored within the EU (European Union) and the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

Storage and deletion
We keep your personal data up to 5 years as well as current financial year after processing your purchase, cf. the Bookkeeping Act.

If you do not complete your purchase or if you have not made a payment, you can log in to your account and delete your user profile.

Only relevant employees have access to the information. In addition, IT administrators who are covered by data processing agreements.


Purpose: Registration for news mail / text message

To receive news mail / sms with special offers and news, you must give Super Event ApS your consent that we may:

  • Collect and process your personal information to send you news emails / text messages about our offers, news and events.

If you as a subscriber to our news mail / sms choose to buy and book an event with us, we will then process your information to process your order on a different basis than consent – you can read more about your processing of information when purchasing and booking of events under the heading “Purpose: Purchase and booking of services such as events and activities.”.

We process the following personal information collected from you:

We process common personal information required to administer your subscription to our news email / text, cf. the regulation. 6, paragraph. 1, No. a (consent).
In addition, we process the information you have provided to us, cf. the nature of the regulation. 6, paragraph. 1, No. a (consent). 
It is only mandatory that you provide the above information if you wish to subscribe to our newsletter / sms.
It is thus optional to provide a number of other of the above information:·        Name

If you provide this information, we will use these to better identify you and tailor your offers and news to you (profiling, including direct marketing).

The right to oppose direct marketing
You may withdraw your direct marketing consent at any time, and we will no longer process your personal information for this purpose.
We do not process sensitive personal information in connection with your sign up for newsletter / text. 

Who has access to your information?
Your information can be shared within SuperEvent ApS. In addition, we may disclose or transfer your personal information to the following recipients:

  • Public authorities to comply with our legal obligations, or rights under other legislation, or if required by an authority.
  • Auditor, and possibly lawyer and other advisers
  • Accountant
  • IT suppliers in connection with the operation, maintenance and support of our IT systems.
  • For external collaborators who send newsletters and targeted marketing on behalf of us as well as your rating of our events.

Some companies are data processors and thus subject to our instructions and process personal information that we have data responsible. Data Processors may not use the information for any purpose other than meeting the agreement with SuperEvent. This is stated in the data processing agreement.

Your information is stored in the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

Storage and deletion

The information required to manage your subscription to news mail / text is stored throughout your active membership of SuperEvent ApS. This information constitutes e-mail address and possibly mobile & name, and possibly other information that you have consented to.

The purchase and booking of events, we store this information for up to five years and the current year after treatment of your purchase, see. Bookkeeping Act.

You have the right at any time to cancel your subscription. If you choose, the subscription will end and your personal information will be deleted.

Especially for consent

Your consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us or unsubscribe directly from the newsletter.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal information based on your prior consent and until the date of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, therefore, it will not be effective until this date. Nor does it affect the processing of personal data processed on another basis.


Purpose: Job Application

We collect and process your personal information in order to process your job application, including:

  • Name, address, phone number.
  • Other information and documents that you have sent to us in connection with your application or given us in connection with any job interview.

Who has access to your information?

Your information may be shared within SuperEvent ApS.
Only relevant employees have access to the information. In addition, IT administrators who are covered by data processing agreements.

Information is kept as long as it is relevant for recruitment purposes for up to 6 months from application.


Your rights

The right to oppose direct marketing
We only conduct direct marketing, including profiling, if we have received your consent. If you wish to revoke your consent and thus opt out of direct marketing, we will no longer process your personal information for this purpose.

Right of access:
You are entitled to understand what personal information we have registered about you.

The right to get corrected data:
You are entitled to request that your personal information be corrected if they are incorrect, including the right to make incomplete information sufficient.

If you are created as a user in connection with the purchase and booking of an event, you have the option of logging in and correcting your personal information.

The right to delete data:
You have the right to delete the personal data that we process, except in the following situations:

If you have made a purchase, we will keep your personal information in connection with your transaction, cf. the Bookkeeping Act.

If you ask for the deletion of personal data that relate to a current order or booking, we then will not be able to process your order or request.

The right to have limited data processing
You are entitled to request that we limit the processing of your personal information.

The right to object to our processing of data
You are entitled to oppose the use of your personal information based on our legitimate interests. We will not continue to use your personal information unless we can prove a reasonable reason for their use, which overrides your interests and rights and / or on the basis of legal requirements.

The right to transfer data:
You can also contact us if you want to hear about your data portability options.

We do not automatically process personal data (profiling).

The right to revoke your consent
If you have consented to a process, you can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us by phone +45 3871 1717 or by email mail@superevent.dk.

Complaint
If you wish to complain about our processing of personal information, please contact us at post@superevent.dk. You also have the opportunity to appeal to Datatilsynet, Borgergade 28, 5th floor, 1300 Copenhagen K., phone 3319 3200, e-mail: dt@datatilsynet.dk.


Use of Cookies

On our websites, we collect cookies to investigate how the web page is used, with the aim of improving the usability of our website. The information in the statistics is anonymous and can not be attributed to named users. It is Google Analytics that collects data about traffic on our websites.
